​Bookings for breakfast and after-school clubs is now in Arbor.  The system for booking in September will open on the 23rd August, 2026.  We expect that some parents/carers might have teething problems logging on so if you are unable to book, then we will accept bookings by email until Friday 11th September only. 

This will give you time to contact school and resolve your access issues.

​BOOKING - please email breakfastclub@bsp.leeds.sch.uk or afterschoolclub@bsp.leeds.sch.uk to book onto the clubs, as described above until 11th September only.

​PAYMENT - You will not be able to book onto a club without making payment at the time of booking.  (note this does not apply to voucher bookings).  

We will send you an invoice on a monthly basis directly from Arbor.  This will be via the parent portal so please look out for it in the first week of every month. The first invoices/ statements will be week commencing 5th October, 2025 (for the month of September) and will follow this pattern through the year.
