Seesaw

What is Seesaw?

Seesaw is an online learning portfolio and a simple way for teachers and children to record and share what is happening in the classroom. It gives children a place to capture their learning, be creative and learn how to use technology. During bubble closures due to Covid, Seesaw will be used to deliver remote learning during isolation periods.

Each child gets their own journal and will add things to it, like photos, videos, drawings, or notes.  You will only see your child(ren)’s work. They can choose to add to blog should they wish to share their learning and experiences with the rest of their class. When there are new Seesaw posts, families will be notified. You will be able to see some of the learning your child(ren) do at school.

Teachers can upload different activities to complete at home or as remote learning.

It also has a messaging platform which means you can also discuss what your child(ren) have been learning about in school.

School notifications will also be sent via Seesaw, in addition to the School App service.

Please see your class teacher if you need a new home learning code or log in.

SAFETY NOTICE

Please do not share your QR codes on social media, keep them in a safe place.
