BREAKFAST AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUB - PARENT PAY

​BOOKING - From the 1st October 2026, bookings and payments for either club must be made though Arbor.  The deadline is 6am for breakfast club and 1pm for afterschool club for the same day.  You can book multiple days at a time.  The club staff will record your child's attendance on this system and this will generate a charge as normal.

​PAYMENT - Payment needs to be made at the time of booking (except vouchers/ Tax Credits).

At Bramley St Peter's we offer a range of wrap around care and club options for our pupils (Nursery to Year 6), providing parents/carers with the option of childcare both before and after school.

If you need to contact the after school club (after 3.15pm and before 6.00pm, Monday to Friday only calls will not be answered outside of this time) please call or whatsapp the club mobile number (please put your name and childs name first then your message).  The number is 07547 104996.

Breakfast Club

We now have 2 Breakfast Clubs

• Early Bird Club (EBC) - Wraparound childcare with Breakfast (Nursery to Year 6)
• Free Breakfast Club (FBC) - Government funded 30 min breakfast club (Reception to Year 6)

Our Early Bird Breakfast Club (EBC)  runs each day and is run by support staff from within school. This provision can be accessed by children from Nursery to Year 6. Our dining room is used as the base and this is accessed via the side back door. The intercom can be used to communicate with the staff in Breakfast Club. Children should be escorted to the back door as a minimum safeguarding requirement. 

Breakfast Club runs from 7.30am until the beginning of school (8.45), where the children are supervised out into the playground so they can line up with their classes.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am until 8.10am. The children are offered a range of options including cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit juice (diluted to reduce the sugar content). Once the children have eaten, they move to a range of different activities in the gym.

The cost of each session is currently:

• £4.50 per session (price increase from 1st September 2025)

Places must be booked in advance using the Parent Pay app or online web page and payment will need to be made at the time of booking.  If you pay by Voucher or tax credits then please contact the school office as your account will need to be set up differently to accept this payment method.

Free Breakfast Club (FBC) runs from 8.15- 8.45 each morning.  Children must be in school by 8.30 in order to have time to eat breakfast.  Children will then go straight to their cloakrooms from the breakfast club. You do NOT need to book this club currently as we have plenty of capacity.

After School Club

Our After School Club runs each day and is run by support staff from within school. This provision can be accessed by children from Nursery to Year 6. Our dining room is used as the base and this is accessed via the side back door. At the end of school, children accessing After School Club move to the dining room. Older children do this by themselves but younger children are escorted to the room by school staff.

Parents/carers collect children from the side back door where the intercom is used to communicate with the staff in After School Club. 

After School Club runs from the end of school until 6.00pm. Children who are in After School Club after 4pm are served a light meal with fruit and a drink. There are then a range of different activities on offer for them. This, when the weather allows, also includes access to the playground and trim trail.

The cost of each session is based on the time of collection. If a child is collected between end of school and up to

• up to 4.00pm - the cost is £5 (no snack)
• up to 5.00pm - the cost is £10
• up to 6.00pm - the cost is £12

NB There is a per minute fee for any child who is collected after 6.00pm and therefore late. Please see our Breakfast Club and After School Club agreement for more details.
