​As you will be aware we have had issues with booking and paying for EBC and ASC.  This is a Parent Pay issue with the Clubs module.  We are unsure as to when this issue will be fixed so we have put the following arrangements in place.

​BOOKING - please email breakfastclub@bsp.leeds.sch.uk or afterschoolclub@bsp.leeds.sch.uk to book onto the clubs.  The deadline is 6am for breakfast club and 1pm for afterschool club for the same day.  You can book multiple days at a time.  The club staff will record your child's attendance on this system and this will generate a charge as normal.

​PAYMENT - You will be sent a weekly invoice with your fees and you will need to send your payment as a bank transfer or call into school and make a card payment.  If you are making a bank transfer you will need the following details:

Reference – your surname and your child's initial (eg Amy Smith should be SMITHA)

Please make sure you are making payment on a weekly basis so that your debt does not build up.  Failure to maintain payments may mean that we will have to withdraw the club's service.
