Weeks 12 and 13

As we are now able to provide paper packs (which will be sent out with three works worth of work), we are now blocking the learning activities to correlate with this. The following information includes any links to online learning as well as copies of the paper worksheets that have been sent home to some families.

The expectation is that your child will complete four maths activities and four English activities each week. They can still access Oak National Academy for English as well as topic work. If they cannot access Oak National Academy for English there are copies of the paper booklets which have been sent out to some families who requested these.

We have also shared some PSHE and mindful colouring activities:

Maths

This week in maths you are revising finding the area of rectangles, equivalent fractions and calculating fractions. Please find you work for the week at:

Week 13

English

Please find your English for each day on the Oak National Academy at https://www.thenational.academy/online-classroom/year-5/ - remember to record your work in your exercise books where appropriate. Please remember to keep reading, practising your spellings on SpellingShed and remember to do another handwriting task (on the main Home Learning page).

Foundation Subjects

Each week we ask that you complete the foundation subject lessons at the Oak National Academy. You can access this weeks foundation lessons by clicking on the link below (remember it is week 2). Remember to record all your work in your exercise book. You will also be able to access your daily PE with Joe there.

Remember to keep practising your Spanish on DuoLingo - 10 minutes a day is enough!
