Good morning Year 5, this is your final week of work that will be posted on to the school website. It is also the final week in which we will be posting activities on Seesaw. You have worked really hard during Lockdown and Mr Cave and I have really enjoyed seeing what you have all been up to. We hope you have a very lovely Summer holiday and we look forward to seeing you all again in September - well done!

Transition

 

In preparation for next year we would like to set you all the challenge of writing a letter to your new Year 6 teacher. These will need to be brought into school in September so make sure they are written in your neatest handwriting and showcase what fantastic writers we know you all are. In your letter try and include the following:

 

* Include details of your family (where you live and who you live with - do you have any pets?)

* Tell your new teacher all about what you like and don't like to do in your spare time

* Explain what you are good at and what you particularly like learning about in school

* Ask questions that your teacher can respond to - this may be a good way to get answers to any concerns you may have

 

Your Year 6 teachers know you have been asked to write them a letter and are looking forward to receiving them in September!
