Home Learning

Hi everyone.

We hope you have been enjoying some time in this beautiful sunshine.

It has been great to see so many of you enjoying Seesaw. If you haven't already logged in, make sure you give it a go. We have set fun activities for you to complete and we are building lots of pics and information to share on our class blog.

We have decided that Seesaw is an easier option for most people so we will be posting our learning activities there from now on. Working this way, we can also monitor work being produced and provide personal feedback to our children. Remember, if you need support in any way or just want to ask a question, your classroom staff are here to help. yes

We are looking forward to seeing you soon. Meanwhile, take care of yourselves and your families. Stay safe. Remember to keep 2m away from people and wash your hands thoroughly.

Don't forget to keep learning!!!!smileysmileysmiley

Oak National Academy

https://www.thenational.academy/online-classroom

This a website set up by the government, to provide support during home learning. I strongly recommend a visit to the site.

Have a look around the site and try some of the lessons.

Remember to post any work completed by your child on Seesaw, so that feedback can be provided.

BBC Home Learning

On Monday, 20th April, the BBC will commence Home Learning lessons. They can be found on BBC Bitesize (online), BBC iPlayer or BBC Red Button.

Times Table Rock Stars

There has been a little bit of confusion with this so just a few things that will hopefully help.

1. Make sure when you get on to the login page that you choose our school name.

2. When you log in for the first time it asks you to choose a name. This is a 'rock' name which will then show up every time you log in.

Hopefully this clears up any issues!

Our big question for this half term is...

Who Did This Poo?

Our Egyptian Visitor!
Yesterday we welcomed an Egyptian visitor to Bramley St Peter's. We enjoyed looking and exploring the artefacts and learned how they help us to understand the way of life in Ancient Egyptian times.

We have been reading The Egyptian Cinderella by Shirley Climo. We have written character descriptions of the main character Rhodopis.

Here is some of our fantastic writing!
