Some of our year 6 children took part in the prestigious Town Hall Christmas Concert this week. Along with 350 other children from a total of 41 primary schools, plus a 90 piece orchestra, the staff choir and schools choirs, the audience of over 1,200 people were treated to carols, music and songs (and they even got to join in with some of the carols). This event has been held for over 50 years and is certainly one which all of the children taking part will remember.
A big 'thank you' to Charlie, Brya, Keira, Lucy, Zoe, Mitchell and Gabriel for spending so much of their own time learning the songs and attending practices both in and out of school time.
A well deserved standing ovation followed the concert!
