• Alliance School Council Conference

  Today we held our first ever alliance school council conference.  It was attended by five schools - Bramley St Peter's, Whitecote, Summerfield, Stanningley and Valley View. Some of the schools' governors attended the conference, including Julie Falkiner, our own Chair of Governors.

  The children were joined by our three ward councillors who joined in the carousel of activities provided for the children and they also held a question and answer session (being asked in depth questions by the school councillors!).

  The children completed four activities; internet safety, producing posters, making and eating fruit kebabs, creating an anti-bullying superhero and playing and making up playground games. 

  This is the first alliance conference in Leeds and we hope it will pave the way for many more!
